Alan is building a global health tech platform that blends insurance, prevention and care. You’ll work on the Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework, AI‑powered acquisition, and automated renewal systems to scale across multiple countries.

You will join a mission-driven team in France, Belgium or Spain, contributing to real-time pricing, contract generation, and a seamless member experience with a modern Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building scalable backend systems.
• Experience with high-traffic applications that real users depend on.

Responsabilités

• Build contract & service stack powering Alan’s growth for 10+ years.
• Develop AI-powered acquisition engine to customize coverage and generate contracts in real-time.
• Automated renewal system to review and adjust coverage annually.
