Brinks seeks an FP&A Lead reporting to the Northern Europe CFO. This role partners with regional leadership to drive financial performance across 8 countries, coordinating planning, forecasting and performance management. You influence through collaboration with country FDs and FP&A leaders to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.

The position emphasizes executive reporting, scenario planning and continuous improvement across finance processes to support growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, Controlling or Finance business partnering in a multinational matrix setup.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual budget, strategic planning and multi-year plans across 8 countries.
• Support monthly forecasting and reforecast cycles with risks, opportunities and actions.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting, dashboards and variance analyses for executive decision-making.
• Develop insights into financial drivers, trends and performance indicators.
• Ensure plans align with regional and corporate objectives and reporting standards.
• Support M&A due diligence and business transformation initiatives.
