Malt is Europe’s leading freelance marketplace, backed by top investors, and is expanding its Finance team in Paris. You will build a robust Topline FP&A function, drive commercial performance, and partner with Commercial and RevOps to turn data into actionable decisions.
You will model deals, validate economics, and run monthly closings while improving processes and automation to scale growth across Europe.
Formación
- Background: Proven experience in FP&A or Business Finance with strong financial modeling and profitability analysis.
- FP&A Operations: Hands-on experience with topline closings, internal & external reportings.
- Tooling Proficiency: Excel and financial tools like Pigment/Anaplan; SQL queries and BI tools are a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Co-own financial deal modeling and economics validation with Senior FP&A.
- Execute monthly topline closings, reconciliations and reporting routines.
- Oversee Rebates (RFA), accruals, and inventory reconciliations.
- Monitor bad debt provisioning and optimize factoring fees.
- Partner with internal tools to build scalable financial workflows.
