Jobgether is seeking a Senior Performance Copywriter to join a remote-first team delivering data-driven customer acquisition messaging across funnels, landing pages, ads, and video scripts in Europe. You will research, test, and optimize copy using insights and AI tools to scale campaigns for multiple clients and industries.

You will collaborate with marketers, designers and media buyers, translating complex features into clear customer benefits while maintaining brand guidelines and compliance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in direct-response/copywriting or similar.
• Native-level English proficiency with strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused messaging.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid ads and performance assets.
• Ability to develop headlines, hooks, offers and messaging angles.
• Experience creating campaigns for cold audiences to drive acquisition.
• Strong research skills to understand products, markets and audiences.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear benefits.
• Experience developing copy variations for structured A/B testing.
• Comfort analyzing marketing data to improve copy effectiveness.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation and production workflow.
• Attention to brand guidelines, compliance and advertising standards.
• Organization skills to manage multiple clients/projects.
