Comunidade Metodista is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead high-budget campaigns from France, remotely. You will own strategy, testing roadmaps, and optimization across US, AU, and EU markets.

The role requires deep Meta Ads expertise, data-driven decision making, and a track record of scaling performance in ecommerce environments. This is a fully remote, contractor role with direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience managing $600K+/month ad spend with direct responsibility for performance.
• Strong background in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads at scale with cross-market campaign execution.
• Experience planning, testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns independently.
• Strong analytical skills with a performance-first approach (ROAS/CPA).
• Ability to create clear, actionable creative briefs and collaborate with teams.
• Experience across US, AU, and EU markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own, plan, and scale high-budget paid media campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms.
• Develop and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies (prospecting, retargeting, upsells, post-purchase).
• Write actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors.
• Adapt messaging, targeting, and offers to multiple markets (US, AU, EU).
• Analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and iterate to optimize ROAS and CPA.
• Build structured testing roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on platform changes and competitive activity to maintain advantage.
