Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Head of Performance Creative to drive profitable customer acquisition for a health and wellness DTC brand. You will own strategy across products and paid media, lead internal teams, and manage external agencies. This remote-first role is based in France with significant influence on acquisition plans.

You will translate data into creative decisions, build scalable testing, and refine briefs weekly across multiple formats to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading performance creative strategy for DTC/eCommerce brands or performance-focused agencies.
• Strong ability to translate data into creative decisions and scale concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own performance creative strategy and testing framework.
• Lead internal strategists and manage external agencies.
• Translate ROAS, CPA and other metrics into actionable creative decisions.
• Develop approximately 10 high-quality briefs per week across formats.
