Jobgether SRL seeks a Creative Marketing Manager based in France to craft advertising concepts for a wellness product in active development. You will own campaigns across Meta platforms and collaborate with designers to turn insights into compelling ideas for international audiences.

You will analyze performance, run tests on formats, and contribute to global product positioning. This fully remote role offers Europe-friendly hours and growth in HealthTech marketing.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in marketing/advertising/creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting and audience-focused messaging.
• Experience creating ad concepts, campaigns, or strategies.
• Ability to research competitors and translate findings into insights.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytics; testing mindset.
• Familiarity with Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience with international markets, especially US/Europe.
• Health/wellness/self-improvement sector experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop advertising concepts for paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research competitors, market trends, and high-performing ads in health/wellness sectors.
• Create concepts for video and image ads including UGC formats.
• Write hooks, headlines, and primary ad copy tailored to audiences.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate different concepts.
• Analyze creative performance and recommend data-informed improvements.
• Develop ideas for product positioning across markets and audiences.
