Jobgether in France seeks a Head of Paid Ads to own global paid acquisition strategy for a consumer subscription app, with a focus on TikTok Ads and cross-channel optimization. This fully remote role covers international markets and budgets with strong data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, collaborating with creative teams, and reporting outcomes using analytics tools like Mixpanel and PostHog. European-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid advertising budgets over $100k per month.
• TikTok Ads expertise with direct responsibility for at least $50k per month in TikTok spend.
• Experience marketing a consumer subscription app (non-e-commerce).
• Creative testing and UGC‑style advertising with data-driven iterations.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV for optimization.
• Experience building reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Customer.io, or PostHog.
• Experience managing international campaigns across markets and currencies.
• Professional English (C1) and collaborative in international teams.
• Based in Europe, available within two months; Lisbon preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale paid user acquisition across international markets.
• Lead TikTok Ads campaigns and optimize performance.
• Coordinate paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Google, UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop and test UGC concepts.
• Build performance reports with spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboards.
• Use Mixpanel, Customer.io, and PostHog to analyze user behavior.
• Adapt strategies to different currencies and local markets.
• Align paid acquisition with product and growth objectives.
• Hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
