AI Digital is seeking a paid social advertising expert to drive and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. You will craft strategies, implement targeting, create compelling creatives, and monitor performance to meet key KPIs.

Youll lead junior colleagues and collaborate with the English-speaking Client Service team to ensure client success. You should have 4+ years of hands-on experience with social platforms, strong data-driven decision making, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
Proficiency in managing social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Fluent English B2+.
Experience with Google Ads / TikTok / LinkedIn or any DSP/advertising tools.
Leadership experience.

Responsabilités

Execute and optimize social campaigns across platforms to achieve media or performance KPIs.
Develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare reports with metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and refine targeting and creatives.
Build and update dashboards for real-time visibility into campaign metrics.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level specialists on paid social advertising.
Collaborate with the English-speaking Client Service team to align with client needs.
