Deel is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Manager to own paid performance for a product vertical. You’ll work with the Paid team to ensure messaging aligns with markets and hits benchmarks for new opportunities. Primary focus on Meta and LinkedIn, with X and YouTube in your toolkit, collaborating with PMMs and product teams to turn data into action.

This role requires autonomy, fast delivery, and daily AI-enabled optimization to drive growth across regions. You’ll report to the Paid Social Team Lead.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing paid ads campaigns on Meta/Facebook and LinkedIn.
