Job summary

Younited is seeking a Global Traffic Manager to oversee paid media for Direct and Partnerships across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. You will execute bids across Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, collaborating with local teams to hit monthly targets and optimize spend.

You’ll produce weekly performance insights, lead strategic reviews with Management, and guide cross‑functional initiatives with Analytics, Risk, Product, and Pricing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent university program.
• At least three years of experience in traffic management, in‑house or consultancy, ideally international.
• Expert in advertising platforms; search marketing is essential.
• Excel and Power BI are key tools for data‑driven decisions.
• English is the second language; comfortable in an international environment.
• Persuasive, proactive and a true team player.
• Passionate about new technologies and digital market developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi‑country Paid Media campaigns across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
• Produce weekly reports and performance reviews; lead monthly business reviews with Management.
• Monitor market best practices and oversee cross‑functional projects affecting Paid Media.
