BYD France is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs.

This role aims to drive traffic, generate high-quality leads, and grow brand presence through data-driven strategies, close collaboration with content, creative, CRM, product, and local market teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on paid media/performance marketing experience.
Experience in e-commerce, automotive, tech, or FMCG is a plus.
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DSP tools.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and tagging (GTM).
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with strong business acumen.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs.
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROI, ROAS, traffic, and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing to improve creative, targeting, bidding, and landing page performance.
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify new opportunities and trends to refine targeting and budget allocation.
