Bigblue is looking for a Manager Warehouse Success to lead the Warehouse Success team on-site at one of its warehouses. You will drive reliable, scalable, and compliant execution across the portfolio while developing and supporting your team.

You will own escalation management, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and collaborate with Account Management to identify growth opportunities. This role demands a strong leadership presence and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• +5 years in a customer-facing or operations role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in logistics or operations.
• Passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and people management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills across multiple accounts and workstreams.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trust with demanding clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Warehouse Success team with coaching and regular 1:1s.
• Own escalation management for critical situations and ensure fast resolution.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs across accounts, acting as senior contact for key customers.
• Oversee portfolio billing monitoring for consistency and accuracy.
