time:matters Netherlands B.V. is seeking an experienced Operations professional to act as a strategic partner for key customers in global logistics.

You will design and manage operational solutions, coordinate tenders, and translate customer requirements into actionable processes across the organization. Ideal candidates will hold a logistics-focused degree or equivalent, be fluent in French and English, and bring strong data analytics skills with Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor with 5+ years or Master with 3+ years or vocational training with 8+ years, preferably in logistics.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong knowledge of the SPL market and Express Network Solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage operational solutions, including solution design and non-complex pricing in collaboration with Key Account Management.
• Coordinate global tender activities, aligning operational solutions, costs and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions.
• Drive supplier selection for service components, balancing quality, operations, and commercial needs.
• Own the operational implementation of new business end-to-end.
• Monitor and steer operational performance.
• Act as an operational point of contact for customers.
• Represent Operations at selected customer and business events, providing operational expertise.
• Drive process optimization and standardization.
• Provide logistics and process expertise for internal projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, calculation tools and operational standards.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage operational solutions, including solution design and non-complex pricing in close collaboration with Key Account Management
• Coordinate global tender activities, aligning operational solutions, costs and internal stakeholders

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions
• Drive supplier selection for relevant service components, balancing service quality, operational capabilities and commercial requirements
• Own the operational implementation of new business end-to-end
• Monitor and steer operational performance
• Act as an operational point of contact for customers
• Represent Operations at selected customer and business events, providing operational expertise and supporting Sales and Management objectives
• Drive process optimization and standardization
• Provide logistics and process expertise for internal projects and strategic initiatives, supporting the successful implementation of operational improvements
• Develop and maintain SOPs, calculation tools and operational standards

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor & 5 years or Master & 3 years or vocational training & 8 years, preferably in logistics
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong and proven knowledge of the SPL market and Express Network Solutions is mandatory
