Job summary

Maison Chloé is seeking a Head of Digital Stylist to lead the CRM-driven clienteling strategy for our top online clients, grow the VIC portfolio, and shape customer journeys across the E-commerce platform.

Working closely with the Client team, this role blends strategic CRM planning, hands-on clienteling, and team leadership to drive loyalty and sales.

Fluency in English and French is required, with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail online VIC clienteling.
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with CRM and e-commerce platforms, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual CRM and clienteling strategy for top online clients.
• Lead the Online Stylist team, including onboarding, coaching, and portfolio allocation.
• Design and execute clienteling campaigns and personalized experiences to grow loyalty and sales.
