Chloé is seeking a Head of Digital Stylist to drive CRM strategy and clienteling for top online clients. The role focuses on growing the VIC portfolio, designing customer journeys, and leading the Online Stylist team to deliver premium experiences and sustained loyalty.

You will partner with the Client Team to align across markets, manage budgets, and implement innovative clienteling initiatives within a luxury retail framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail or online VIC clienteling within a luxury retail environment.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency using CRM and e-commerce platforms, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute CRM strategy for top clients to strengthen loyalty and growth.
• Lead online stylist clienteling, personalized communication, and exclusive events.
• Manage Online Stylist team onboarding, objectives, and performance coaching.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client profiles with up-to-date data.
• Collaborate with Central Client Team to align strategies across markets.
