Reporting to the Proposal Management Director, you will manage the full bid lifecycle from RFQ to final submission, maintain opportunity data in CRM, and support negotiations and project

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex proposals and commercial offers.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and contracts.
• Strong governance, risk, and LOA processes.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of complex proposals and commercial offers from RFQ through submission.
• Develop and maintain the offer schedule with governance milestones.
• Prepare and manage the DORM and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and ensure compliant final proposals.
• Own pricing for large proposals and align with governance approvals.
• Ensure consistency between technical scope, costs, and commercial parameters.
• Support negotiations through contract award and handover.
• Maintain governance records, LOA docs, and action items.
