Westinghouse Electric Company in France seeks an Operations Manager to lead field operations, manage resources, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of nuclear services projects. You will supervise a team of 10–20+ personnel, align resources with forecasts, and drive profitability and client satisfaction.

The role focuses on safety culture, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across projects in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial services, engineering, nuclear operations, or project execution.
• Strong understanding of nuclear services and operational environments.
• Experience in resource planning, project support, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence principles.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement multi-year resource plans aligned with business forecasts.
• Ensure availability of qualified and certified personnel to support project execution.
• Optimize workforce utilization and equipment allocation across projects.
• Support Project Managers and Site Managers during project execution.
• Ensure interventions are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support the profitability and performance of the assigned project portfolio.
• Coordinate operational priorities and resolve resource conflicts.
• Promote a strong culture of nuclear safety, industrial safety, and quality.
• Capture lessons learned and implement improvement actions.
• Drive enhancements in operational practices, maintenance methods, and training programs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, nuclear plant organizations, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Procurement, and Engineering teams.
• Support business growth through improved operational performance and customer satisfaction.
