Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Orsay, France, is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to lead procurement activities for multiple programs, building implementation plans and ensuring readiness for pre-pilot, pilot, and execution phases.

The role partners with commodity teams to support project charters, benefits, and resource needs, while coordinating supplier rationalization and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement.
• Maintain long term productive relationships with suppliers (SRM).
• Collaborate with multiple regions and products to serve customers.
• Knowledge of EMEA supplier base for the energy sector.
• Strategic orientation with ability to translate strategy into operational results.
• Experience in International sourcing.
• Experience with SAP & Ariba or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement strategies and plans with project teams.
• Establish pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate RFx processes and source strategies for suppliers.
• Prepare and manage NDAs and contract documents.
• Lead negotiation of pricing, terms, and conditions for complex materials and services.
• Analyze total cost and develop strategies to maximize supplier value.
• Build relationships with main suppliers and resolve performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support Accounts Payables in resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
