Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in France seeks a Project Director to lead and oversee a team of project and program managers delivering a major portfolio of projects.

You will drive excellence in execution across safety, quality, cost and schedule, while shaping strategy, governance and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 15+ years in project management in engineering or nuclear sectors, and PMP/PgMP or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project and/or program management within engineering, construction, manufacturing, energy, or nuclear environments.
• Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary, matrixed organizations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving in complex environments.
• Track record of driving issues through to resolution and delivering business results.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a portfolio of complex projects and programs.
• Manage priorities and resources across concurrent projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and implement project management frameworks, governance models, systems, and controls.
• Provide strategic direction to project and program managers to optimize portfolio performance.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers, program managers, and project controllers.
• Foster a high-performance culture and drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support capability development and succession planning within the organization.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the portfolio.
