Westinghouse is seeking a Proposal Manager in France to lead the development of complex commercial proposals valued at multi‑million dollars. You will own pricing strategy, governance, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.

You will report to the Proposal Management Director and collaborate with Customer Solutions Managers, contracts, and finance to drive profitable opportunities and support growth objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of complex proposals and commercial offers from RFQ through final customer submission.
• Own pricing and commercial sections within proposals, ensuring governance approvals.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders across legal, finance, contracts, and EH&S teams.
• Prepare LOA documentation, conduct governance reviews, and maintain traceability of decisions.
• Support negotiations, customer engagement, and smooth order entry in SAP.
