Johnny Grow is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead omnichannel campaigns, drive lead generation and align sales/marketing in a remote, globally oriented role.

You will architect campaign portfolios, leverage MarTech, and measure ROI to fuel revenue growth. The role demands extensive Cloud marketing experience and leadership across client teams, with remote collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years prior CMO experience.
• A minimum of 15 years marketing campaign work experience, either as a consultant or an operator.
• A minimum of 8 years full-time experience in managing Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• A certification for either Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise as a lead generation specialist and thought leader.
• Strong omnichannel lead generation capabilities and ROI focus.
• Excellent communication with senior client leaders; ability to influence across functions.
• Demonstrated integrity and professional credibility.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage offers, promotions, nurture campaigns to achieve high conversion rates.
• Design and implement programmatic lead generation using inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Acquire qualified sales leads at a profitable cost per lead.
• Optimize campaign portfolios to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
• Design, implement and advance Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
• Lead projects with scope, time, cost and quality management; grow client accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients.
