Forge Point is an all-in-one SEO infrastructure management platform for iGaming operators. We are scaling our go-to-market and seek a hands-on Operations & Marketing Lead who can own the pipeline from demand generation to CRM hygiene.

You'll work directly with product, development and sales, building systems, messaging, and measurement to reach operators at the right moment with the right message. Remote-friendly roles in a fast-growing, high-margin vertical.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience with end-to-end pipeline ownership.
• Proven ability to generate demo calls and advance leads to sales.
• Strong CRM, segmentation, automation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in LinkedIn as a demand and outreach channel.
• Experience with PR / thought-leadership strategies.
• Operational, systems-minded and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written English and Ukrainian.

Responsabilités

• Pipeline generation end to end, inbound and outbound demand, demo calls.
• CRM setup, hygiene, segmentation, workflows and reporting.
• LinkedIn strategy: company presence, amplification, targeted outreach.
• PR strategy: narrative development, media relationships, thought leadership.
• Cross-functional glue between Product, Dev, and Sales.
• Reporting: track funnel and channel performance with clear numbers.
