Responsabilités

• Own lifecycle strategy across email, push, in‑app, and SMS using Braze.
• Build, launch, and optimize automated customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Sales on brand‑sponsored lifecycle campaigns.
• Write and edit high‑quality marketing copy for various channels.
