Mistral in Paris is looking for an experienced M&A Legal Counsel to oversee various growth transactions. You will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating crucial M&A deals that impact the company’s development.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in M&A transactions, excellent communication skills in English and French, and at least 7 years of legal experience, preferably in international settings. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to Mistral's innovative journey in AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, including 4 years in an international law firm.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions.
• Able to present complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate M&A transactions including acquisitions and strategic negotiations.
• Coordinate legal due diligence processes, managing key legal risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on documentation.
