Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks a Retail Training professional to design and deploy training programs for Sales Associates, aligning with the Maison’s Retail strategy and service excellence.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Client, Retail Performance, Omnichannel and Regions to develop tailored contents, measure impact with KPIs and LMS data, and manage budgets and external vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium services.
• Ability to design end-to-end training programs.
• Strong project management and proactive execution.
• Strong client-centric approach and collaboration with multiple teams.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design programs from end to end – needs assessment to artistic direction.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Client, Retail Performance, Omnichannel, Regions and Markets.
• Partner with regional Training Managers to gather feedback and co-create modules.
• Monitor performance and impact using KPIs, LMS data, and Client Barometer insights.
• Assist in budget management and sourcing external service providers when relevant.
