Job summary

AMI Paris is seeking a Retail Training Project Manager in its International Training Department. You elevate the in-store client experience and drive retail performance through training, coaching sales advisors, and developing engaging content that reflects the brand’s standards across markets.

You’ll lead onboarding in Paris for local teams and remotely for international teams, deploy programs across France and abroad, and monitor KPIs such as NPS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong retail KPI knowledge and client experience excellence.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing training content and materials.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning programs for client experience.
• Deliver onboarding for local Paris teams and remote international teams; coordinate programs across France and abroad.
• Coach in-store teams, monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and communications with store leadership.
