Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a training professional to develop and deploy programs for Sales Associates, aligning with the Maison’s Retail strategy. The role focuses on boutique sales, omnichannel, storytelling and service excellence across international markets.

You will design end-to-end programs, analyze needs with Marketing, Client, Retail Performance, Omnichannel, and Regions, and partner with regional Training Managers to ensure seamless deployment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury retail or premium services in international settings.
• Strong ability to design and deploy training programs for Sales Associates.
• Skilled in coordinating with Marketing, Client, Retail Performance, Omnichannel, Regions.
• Proven budget management and vendor coordination.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end training programs for Sales Associates on boutique sales, omnichannel, storytelling and service.
• Analyze needs with cross-functional teams and Regions.
• Co-create modules with regional Training Managers and run Train-the-Trainer sessions across markets.
• Monitor program impact with KPIs and LMS data to drive improvement.
• Support budget management and sourcing external providers when needed.
