Dior Academy, part of LVMH and Christian Dior Couture, seeks an International Retail Training Project Manager to design and deploy training solutions for Retail teams worldwide, strengthening expertise and belonging to the Maison.

You will lead blended learning programs, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with Marketing, Studio and Ateliers to gather expertise and translate it into impactful learning content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Training, Learning & Development, learning project management or Marketing.
• Experience in luxury, fashion or retail environments is preferred.
• Excellent command of English and strong written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development, deployment and delivery of training programs for Retail teams worldwide.
• Define training strategy and design blended learning solutions and tools.
• Manage training projects from concept through deployment, ensuring content quality and relevance.
• Support local Training teams in implementing learning journeys and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with HQ partners (Marketing, Studio, Ateliers) to gather expertise and translate it into engaging learning content.
• Monitor performance of training tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to communities and networks of experts or ambassadors across projects.
• Engage in creation and deployment of cross-functional projects and explore emerging learning trends.
