Job summary

AMI Paris seeks a Retail Training Project Manager to elevate the in-store client experience and drive retail performance through training. You will design and deliver blended learning content, coach sales teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and implement impactful training programs across France, Europe and beyond.

The role requires strong pedagogical skills, hands-on coaching, and a passion for luxury retail learning.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of training experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills across in-person, virtual and in-store formats.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel in France and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning programs for the client experience.
• Create engaging learning content across in-person, virtual, e-learning formats.
• Collaborate with Retail Management, Clienteling and CRM to monitor KPIs.
• Coach and guide sales advisors through on-the-job coaching.
• Coordinate logistics, venues and communications for training sessions.
