A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Senior Legal Business Partner to support sales and operational teams in negotiating high-value cybersecurity solutions. This role requires 8–12 years of legal advisory experience in tech or cybersecurity, with a strong focus on complex negotiations and enterprise accounts. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing various contracts while ensuring legal risk management. The position is available in Paris, Rennes, or fully remote, with an emphasis on supporting international growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience as a legal advisor in-house within a tech or law firm.
• Proven experience in international, multi-jurisdiction transactions.
• Strong expertise in IT and cybersecurity contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of IT and commercial agreements.
• Support Sales, Procurement and Partner teams as a trusted legal sparring partner.
• Provide legal support on intellectual property matters.
