Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) to act as a strategic legal partner for a partner company. This high-autonomy, high-impact role owns mandates across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will support international expansion, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise on corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures), and monitor evolving regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in a top-tier firm or leading practice.
• Strong background in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own legal mandates end-to-end across corporate, commercial, and regulatory areas.
• Advise on international expansion and cross-border transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
