Free2move seeks a highly autonomous Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support for VAAS activities. You will partner with the CEO and key teams to turn complex issues into actionable advice in an international setting.

Requirements include a Master’s in Business Law and 7+ years in-house experience, with strong contracts, corporate law, litigation, and data protection expertise. English and French fluency are essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business Law or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of in-house legal experience with international exposure.
• Generalist background covering commercial/contract law, corporate law, litigation, and data protection.
• Fluent in English and French (German a plus).
• Autonomous, accountable, hands-on with strong business judgment.
• Experience in international tech, automotive, mobility, or digital sectors; CIPP/E certification is appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B contracts, Terms & Conditions, and supplier agreements.
• Act as primary legal partner to business and procurement teams; identify risks and provide pragmatic recommendations.
• Manage litigation, pre-litigation, and collection matters; coordinate with external counsel.
• Advise on privacy matters, DPAs, and AI/digital initiatives.
• Manage corporate matters for the French entity and coordinate international governance.
• Improve legal templates and processes; mentor junior resources and interns.
