Job summary

Arrive seeks an experienced commercial lawyer to draft and negotiate complex agreements across software, hardware, and MaaS initiatives. You will partner with Transport leaders to close high-value deals and advise sales and BD teams to accelerate revenue while balancing risk and agility.

You will report to a Deputy General Counsel and help guide legal strategy across France, Europe, and beyond, with a focus on AI-enabled processes and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• A law degree from a reputable European university.
• Active legal credentials in a European jurisdiction; Paris Bar/CAPA is a plus.
• 6+ years drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements.
• Partner with Transport leaders to structure high-value transport deals.
• Advise sales and BD teams to accelerate revenue and expand Arrive's footprint.
• Provide strategic guidance across software and hardware product lines.
• Identify and advise on relevant legal and commercial risks.
