You will provide strategic legal guidance, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, and design compliance programs covering data privacy and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent
• 5-8 years of legal experience in law firm and in-house roles
• Experience in tech, automotive, or robotics sectors preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to the partner company on mobility/tech initiatives
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements (including software licenses and joint development agreements)
• Design and implement data privacy and regulatory compliance programs
• Help shape the future of mobility in a high-growth, innovative environment
