Jobgether is recruiting a Corporate Counsel to join our legal team in France. The role involves providing strategic legal guidance across engineering, finance, and business development to support global operations and innovation.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. with active bar membership and 5–8 years of experience, preferably with tech, automotive, mobility, or robotics exposure. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and lead GDPR/CCPA compliance programs.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar membership required.
• 5-8 years of legal practice experience required.
• Experience in tech/ automotive/ mobility is preferred.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Experience with GDPR/CCPA compliance is desirable.
