Free2move is seeking a Legal Counsel Intern to join our Legal Department in Paris. You will support a wide range of legal and compliance matters across mobility activities, gaining experience in international operations and dynamic digital services.

As a Master’s degree student in Business/Contract/Digital Law, you will draft memos, review contracts, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to GDPR and consumer protection projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student in Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law, or related field.
• A strong command of French; English is essential for this position.
• Interest in mobility, innovation, and digital services.
• Organized, rigorous, proactive, and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research on topics such as consumer law, business law, contract law, GDPR, and digital law.
• Draft legal memos, summaries, and internal training or support materials.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (NDAs, service contracts, amendments, DPAs, etc.).
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Free2move’s operations.
• Support compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, consumer protection).
• Provide administrative and organizational support in litigation and debt recovery (preparing case files, organizing documentation).
• Help manage internal legal tools (contract database, document archiving, deadline tracking).

About the Role
