CMA CGM in Marseille seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and run leadership, management, culture, and transformation programs. You will partner with a Back Office team to deliver scalable solutions that build capability and performance.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 10 years in training and facilitating solutions, with fluency in English and French. You will manage a network of facilitators and oversee procurement-driven tender processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree; 10+ years in training and facilitating leadership solutions.
• Listen, analyze, and structure needs of internal clients.
• Proactive, negotiates well and persuades stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French; able to facilitate sessions in both languages.

Responsabilités

• Listen to, analyze, challenge, and structure the needs of internal clients.
• Propose, design, and facilitate solutions that address identified needs.
• Develop innovative learning approaches for both in-person and remote delivery.
• Identify, assess, train, and coordinate a network of internal and external facilitators.
• Draft specifications and launch calls for tender in partnership with Procurement; select service providers in line with price/quality guidelines.
• Lead complex training projects, ensuring follow-up from design through deployment.
• Develop training materials and write the communication content required to promote them.
• Evaluate implemented learning solutions and continuously improve them.
