CMA CGM is seeking a Group Learning Director in France to drive transformation across Learning Operations, LX Factory, and Academy teams including Shipping, Group Functions, and Logistics Academies. You will oversee over 30 professionals and act as a strategic partner to the VP Group Learning.

The role demands a strong track record in strategic learning design, budgeting, and digital learning tools, with fluency in French and English and the ability to navigate a complex, multi-divisional

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, or related field.
• 15+ years in learning and development, preferably in complex, multi-divisional org.
• Proven experience in strategic learning design, budget management, and digital learning tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide strong leadership to Learning Operations, LX Factory, Shipping Academy, Group Functions Academy and Logistics Academy teams (>30 people).
• Act as single point of contact for VP Group Learning on all Learning matters.
• Define a clear vision and drive capability building across back-office and front-office learning teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
• Strengthen engagement between central teams and Academies to maximize impact.
• Promote inclusivity, empowerment, and transparency across Group leadership.
