Job summary

Atlassian seeks an experienced Senior Solution Sales Executive to join the EMEA Enterprise Solution Sales team in France. You will drive adoption of our Service Collection across French-speaking accounts, partnering with Account Executives, Solution Engineers and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end cycles, focusing on net-new business, cloud migrations and expansion, while shaping strategic deal architecture and offering feedback to product and GTM

Qualifications

Quota-carrying enterprise or mid-market sales experience in a closing role, especially in Service Management or related solution selling.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota across multi-stakeholder deals.
Southern EMEA market experience; senior relationships with IT leaders and executives.
Excellent communication for executive presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Drive ITSM/ESM sales growth across French-speaking markets.
Build and develop relationships with senior IT and business leaders in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles across new lands, cloud migrations and expansions with multi-stakeholder deals.
Identify displacement opportunities where Atlassian can strengthen the service-management business case.
