Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Solutions Engineer in France who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will conduct thorough customer discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and develop proof-of-concept environments to showcase Atlassian products.

You’ll stay current with roadmaps, pursue certifications, and support transformation deals with cross-functional teams. Fluency in French and English is required, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering with 4+ years covering large strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders across levels, including executives.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/CS; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals, and requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address objections with business storytelling.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and run interactive workshops.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap and pursue certifications.
• Collaborate with account managers and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals.
• Understand competitors and articulate Atlassian differentiators.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to engage customers.
