H-Tech Supports seeks a Senior IT On-Site Support & Infrastructure Lead to own IT operations, deskside support, and local infrastructure across Lyon sites and remote field support. You will be the primary contact for local end-users and business unit leads, manage asset lifecycles, data center and office infrastructure, and support telephony and security tooling in GxP environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT deskside, site IT administration and infrastructure coordination.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written); proficient in English for global coordination.
• Experience with GxP compliance, CSV, or lab software is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 2/3 hands-on and remote deskside support for workstations, mobile devices, AV equipment, printers, and peripherals.
• Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow per SLAs.
• Collaborate with global IT Service Desk to improve FCR and escalate complex issues to SME teams.
• Manage local asset inventories and end-to-end device deployments, imaging, and leasing/recycling with HR/vendors.
• Oversee telephony and mobile fleet administration, including MDM enrollment and invoice auditing.
• Support data center/MDF/IDF room operations and routine maintenance with Facilities.
• Support GxP systems, perform security hardening, backups, and CSV governance.
