HCLTech is seeking a Senior Engineer for OSS onsite support in France. The role covers day-to-day operations, service management for local and legacy services, and collaboration with infrastructure teams to ensure SLAs and security. Fluency in French and English is required, with eligibility to work in France.

You will participate in IT compliance and infra development projects, while engaging with a global team to drive seamless IT services and support at client sites near you.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: B.Eng. in information technology or master degree.
• 6+ years’ IT experience with hands-on Data Centre exposure.
• Solid understanding of servers, storage, OS, clusters, SAP, databases or middleware.
• IT service delivery experience, strong communication skills, ITIL knowledge or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Conduct support operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain SLAs and security/compliance tasks in collaboration with Infrastructure teams.
• Manage service operations for local and legacy services with Service Owners.
• Seek continuous improvement in service and support operations.
• Participate in IT Compliance development for the area (Senior Engineer).
• Participate in Infra development within own area of expertise (Senior Engineer).
• Coordinate local key users and handle escalation cases within own responsibility area.
