HCLTech in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, seeks a Senior IT Engineer to lead onsite service management for local IT services, incidents, and requests.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, engineering and service owners to sustain SLAs, drive improvements, and contribute to IT compliance and development projects. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential; travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum BEng in information technology or master degree.
• 6+ years IT experience with hands-on data centre exposure.
• Solid understanding of servers, storage, OS, cluster tech, SAP, databases or middleware.
• IT service delivery competencies and ITIL knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day support operations for local IT services.
• Work with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to meet SLAs and security/compliance tasks.
• Conduct service management operations with service owners for local and legacy services.
• Strive for continuous improvement of service and support operations.
• Participate in IT Compliance development for own area (Senior Engineer).
• Coordinate with local partners to deploy standard IT services and manage escalations.
