Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end technical solutions for an enterprise IoT platform focused on real-time asset tracking. The role operates in a remote, high-growth environment, bridging pre-sales design with hands-on delivery across global manufacturing and energy clients.

You will translate operational needs into tailored architectures using RFID, BLE, GPS, and API integrations while guiding clients from discovery to deployment and collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, presales, or technical customer success in IoT/SaaS.
• Strong hands-on IoT hardware knowledge and front-end configuration skills.
• Solid API, webhooks, MQTT, MDM, SQL, and advanced Excel data analysis knowledge.
• Proficiency with tools like Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL; AI tools in daily workflows.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and ability to translate complex concepts for varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with sales; deliver platform demos; architect end-to-end IoT solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical scopes and estimates.
• Configure front-end platforms and perform hands-on testing/deployment with RFID, BLE, GPS hardware.
• Build, troubleshoot, and optimize data integrations via APIs, webhooks, MQTT, and MDM.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to deployment and post-launch support; serve as ongoing technical contact.
• Train non-technical stakeholders and analyze deployment usage data with Excel; collaborate across teams.
