Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer in France to lead end-to-end technical solutions for an enterprise IoT platform focused on real-time asset tracking. You will bridge pre-sales design with hands-on delivery, translating needs into architectures using RFID, BLE, GPS, and API integrations.

You will travel up to 50% to support deployments, work with global teams, and drive revenue growth through technical excellence in a fast-growing remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in solutions engineering, presales, or technical customer success in IoT/SaaS.
• Hands-on with IoT hardware (RFID, BLE, GPS) and front-end platform configuration.
• Strong API/webhook/MQTT integrations and SQL data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with sales to architect end-to-end IoT solutions.
• Translate client needs into clear technical scopes and deployment estimates.
• Configure front-end platforms and perform hands-on testing with IoT hardware.
• Build and optimize data integrations using APIs, MQTT, and MDM tools.
• Manage handoffs from pre-sales to deployment and provide ongoing technical support.
• Train stakeholders and collaborate with global engineering on issue resolution.
