Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect based in France for a fully remote role. Lead technical strategy, design cloud-native architectures, and drive pre-sales as well as product roadmaps.

Collaborate with clients, executives, and distributed teams to translate business goals into practical technical plans. You will mentor engineers, contribute to code reviews, and help shape product directions while operating across engineering, product, and business functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, incl. 3+ years in architect/leadership.
• Hands-on coding ability with PR reviews and prototyping.
• Experience with AI-powered engineering and AI adoption in the lifecycle.
• Distributed, cloud-native, scalable systems design.
• Product ownership from definition through launch with metrics.
• Strong Node.js, React, Next.js skills.
• Python scripting and backend experience.
• Experience working with clients/executives on scope, budgets, trade-offs.
• Clear business judgment linking tech decisions to cost, timelines, revenue.
• Excellent English; PST time-zone availability; remote, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Share ownership of technical strategy and architectural standards.
• Own roadmaps for internal products; prioritize by user needs and value.
• Guide client projects with requirements, solutions, and prioritized work.
• Design architectures for new projects from discovery to delivery.
• Support sales and pre-sales by scoping projects and estimating effort.
• Review architecture decisions and provide hands-on problem solving.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and AI adoption costs/risks.
• Represent engineering in executive discussions with stakeholders.
• Mentor tech leads and engineers to raise code quality and delivery standards.
• Contribute through code reviews, prototypes, and technical investigations.
