Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer/Architect (.NET) for an enterprise IoT asset tracking platform. You will design distributed systems, mentor a global team, and drive AI-enabled development in a fully remote setup.

The role blends technical depth with leadership, partnering with Product and operations to scale cloud infrastructure across chemical, automotive, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of software engineering experience, 3+ in technical leadership.
• Expert in C#, .NET (Framework & Core), SQL Server, ASP.NET Web API, and front-end React.
• Design scalable distributed systems; familiarity with MQTT/RabbitMQ.
• Strong focus on TDD, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design and write production code for core platform features and APIs.
• Lead a distributed agile team, run sprints, mentor, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive TDD, CI/CD, observability, and security practices across the lifecycle.
• Champion AI integration into engineering workflows and platform features.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks and scale architectures for enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and exec teams to roadmap technology and talent.
