Supermicro is seeking an experienced product manager for the IoT/Embedded segment, focused on expanding the EMEA market. The role is based at our EMEA headquarter in ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, to establish and grow key accounts while collaborating with the sales team to increase revenue.

The successful candidate will analyze market trends, define product specifications with customers, and work with engineering to ensure solution alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of product management/promotion ability and the skills to influence customers.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Solution knowledge on Data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network, etc.
• In-depth knowledge in server/storage/datacenter products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities in EU.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationships.
• Ability to be self-motivated towards achievement and measurement of goals.
• Serve as the technical advisor to provide market and technology trends.

Responsabilités

• Analyze market and business trends; develop programs to grow market share.
• Identify and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases.
• Lead time-to-market for new product training; define/refine specifications with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead research and analysis of technology/trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
• Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and help close deals.
• Develop ecosystem with team and manage vendor/supplier relationships to grow business.
