Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Enablement Product Manager to join our Technology Enablement team. This hybrid role blends strategic product management with hands-on presales support for AI and GPU server portfolios across EMEA.

You will partner with local Sales and Business Development to tailor solutions, support RFQs, and present high‑performance computing offerings. You will also drive roadmaps for GPUs and AI infrastructure, shaping go‑to‑market strategies and enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Product Marketing in AI infrastructure/HPC/enterprise server hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated computing and AI/ML frameworks (CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in customer-facing presales activities including requirements gathering, solution design, RFQ/RFP responses, and POC support.
• Proven ability to define product vision and roadmaps, write clear specifications, manage cross-functional execution, and drive launches.
• Excellent English; French or German is highly desirable for EMEA focus.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for GPU server platforms, AI infrastructure and Enterprise aligned with market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, hardware design, software, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and understand needs in AI and GPU computing.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories; drive development cycles end-to-end.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and messaging; support sales enablement with collateral and documentation.
• Track product performance using KPIs and feedback to guide continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer briefings as a subject‑matter expert.
